ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Browse the catalogue, select your size and colour, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, online payment via debit/credit card, and digital wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes — COD is available across Pakistan. Our team will call to verify your order before dispatch.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at hello@stitchlab.pk as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
How much is the delivery charge?
PKR 200 per order. Free delivery on orders above PKR 5,000.
Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. We're working on a comprehensive size guide — in the meantime, email us at hello@stitchlab.pk with your measurements and we'll recommend the right size.
What if my size doesn't fit?
We offer free size exchanges within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We offer returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Size exchanges are free within the same window.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@stitchlab.pk with your order number and reason. Our team responds within 24 hours.
Do you offer refunds to my original payment method?
We offer store credit only, valid on any future order. Store credit does not expire.
PRODUCT & CARE
What fabrics do you use?
We work with premium cotton jerseys, yarn-dyed weaves, drop-needle ribbed knits, slub textures, and stepper cotton — selected from Pakistan's textile industry.
How should I wash my Stitch Lab pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Avoid bleach. Hang dry in shade. Iron on low. See each product page for specific care instructions.
Are products made in Pakistan?
Yes — every Stitch Lab piece is designed and manufactured locally in Pakistan, with our small-batch partners.
