Returns & Exchanges
At Stitch Lab, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Sale items, undergarments, and customised pieces are non-returnable.
Returns for Store Credit
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Store credit is issued as a digital code that can be used on any future order at stitchlab.pk and does not expire.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges within 10 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at hello@stitchlab.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our return address (provided in the email).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@stitchlab.pk within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
After 10 days from delivery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
