Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
We stand behind every piece we make. If something doesn't fit, we'll make it right.
We offer size exchanges only. Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size. If your requested size is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal value.
Conditions
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Items showing signs of wear, staining, washing, or damage will not be accepted
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only — check our size chart before ordering
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return courier costs
- Exchange delivery takes 7–10 working days after we receive the item
To Request an Exchange
WhatsApp us at 0303-6193355 with your order number, the item, and the size you need. We'll send you the return address.
Important: Include your name, contact number, and order number inside the return parcel.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp with photos. We'll offer a free exchange or store credit — shipping covered by us.
Returns
We do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect dispatch. In those cases, store credit valid for 90 days will be issued.
What's Not Eligible
- Sale items
- Items without tags or in non-original condition
- Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
- Damage from washing, improper care, or regular use
Delivery
Standard delivery: 4–7 working days across Pakistan.
Order Cancellations
Stitch Lab reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. You'll be notified promptly if this happens.
