Delivery Timeline
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery: PKR 200 per order (paid alongside Cash on Delivery)
- Free delivery: Orders above PKR 5,000 ship free nationwide
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
- Online payment via debit/credit card
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Order Processing
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order within minutes.
- Verification call: For COD orders, our team will call to verify before dispatch.
- Dispatch: Once verified, your order is handed to our courier partner within 24-48 hours.
- Tracking: A tracking link is sent via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan via our courier partners. Remote areas may experience an additional 1-2 days in transit.
Failed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 more times. Repeated non-availability may result in the order being returned to us, after which a re-delivery fee may apply.
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at hello@stitchlab.pk.
