1. Use of the Website

2. Product Information

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations between screen displays and the actual product may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, and fabric texture.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is verified (for online orders) or order is verified via phone (for COD).

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Repeated COD order refusals from the same address

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Stitch Lab and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stitch Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
